Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team.

Monitor sales performance and prepare MIS reports.

Drive patient conversions and maximize revenue.

Coordinate with Doctors, Counsellors, CRM, and Operations teams.

Conduct team training and performance reviews.

Handle escalations and ensure excellent patient experience.

Identify current business opportunities and improve sales processes.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Sales Head or Sales Manager.

Preferred: Candidates from the Dermatology, Aesthetic, Cosmetic Clinic, Healthcare, IVF, Dental, Wellness, or Hospitality industry.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Target-oriented with excellent analytical and decision-making abilities.

All Sundays Working

One Week Off on a Weekday

Must be comfortable working at both Rajouri Garden and Vasant Vihar branches.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
