About the Role

VRP Medgands Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Sales Coordinator to support and coordinate the sales team’s day-to-day activities and ensure smooth and effective sales operations. The candidate will work closely with the sales team and management to monitor performance, prepare reports, coordinate meetings, and support sales planning and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Coordinate and monitor the daily activities of the sales team to ensure the effective sales operations.

· Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

· Track sales performance, targets, achievements, and pending opportunities.

· Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and sales team expenses against target allocations.

· Schedule and coordinate monthly meetings between management and the sales team.

· Identify current regional and market opportunities for business and product expansion.

· Support the training and onboarding of new sales team members.

· Maintain sales-related records and documentation,





· Assist with administration activities as assigned by management.

Key Skill & Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong multitasking, planning, and organizational skills.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel and preparation of reports.

· Basic knowledge of CRM software will be an added advantage.

· Knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage.
