About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Marketing Executive with a marketing or sales background who can effectively coordinate with customers, distributors, dealers, retailers, and internal teams.

The candidate should have good spoken English and fluency in the local language for smooth communication and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily sales activities and follow up with customers, distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Handle sales enquiries, follow-ups, orders, and customer communication.
- Support the sales and marketing team in achieving business targets.
- Maintain sales records, customer databases, reports, and follow-up schedules.
- Coordinate with field sales executives and management for daily updates.
- Communicate with distributors, retailers, vendors, and other business partners.
- Prepare basic sales and marketing reports using MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Assist with marketing activities, promotions, campaigns, events, and customer engagement.
- Track pending orders, payments, deliveries, and other sales-related requirements.
- Handle regular phone calls, WhatsApp communication, and emails professionally.




- Maintain valuable relationships with customers and business partners.

Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Marketing, Business Development, or a similar role preferred.
- Candidates from a marketing background are preferred.
- Must have good spoken English and excellent communication skills.
- Must be fluent in the local language for better customer and market communication.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Email, WhatsApp, and basic reporting.
- Should be confident, presentable, organized, and good at follow-ups.
- Should be comfortable communicating with different levels of customers and business partners.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a relevant marketing background may also be considered.

Pay: ₹9,977.10 - ₹20,000.00 per month
