Key Responsibilities

Sales Order Processing

· Coordinate and manage sales orders from receipt to final delivery.

· Work closely with production, technical, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of biotech equipment and solutions such as fermenters, bioreactors, and lab systems.

Customer Communication

· Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, or meetings.

· Handle customer concerns, service coordination issues, and ensure timely resolution in coordination with internal teams.

Sales Support

· Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, technical documents, and product information.

· Maintain and regularly update customer databases, including contact details, requirements, and sales activity.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination





· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and stores teams to ensure product availability.

Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare and maintain sales MIS reports, sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance trackers.

Product Knowledge

· Develop and maintain a good understanding of the company’s biotechnology products, specifications, and applications.

Preferred Skills

· Strong communication and coordination skills

· Good command of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
