- Identify and track current sales & service tenders and relevant business opportunities.
- Prepare and submit budgetary offers, quotations, and tender documents.
- Coordinate EMD and tender fee preparation and submission.
- Obtain quotations from vendors/principals for local and project-specific supplies.
- Respond to technical queries from customers and tender authorities.
- Review and verify Purchase Orders (POs) received from customers.
- Prepare and submit OTF, final quotations, vendor quotations, and principal quotations for final pricing.
- Follow up with customers for outstanding payments and coordinate EMD/tender fee refunds with Finance.
- Maintain the quote funnel, tender status, and MIS reports in Excel.




- Regularly update the status of all submitted quotations and tenders.
- Monitor Salesperson Plans vs. actual reporting and coordinate with the sales team.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Vendors, Principals, and Customers for smooth tender and order execution.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in tender management, sales coordination, or commercial operations, preferably in the analytical/laboratory instruments industry.
- Good knowledge of tender processes, quotations, EMD, purchase orders, and commercial documentation.
- Good coordination, follow-up, communication, and Excel/MIS reporting skills.
