We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Sales & Customer Care Intern to join our team. The intern will assist with customer queries, sales activities, and day-to-day customer communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
- Respond to customer questions and provide information about products and orders.
- Assist customers with order-related issues, complaints, and follow-ups.
- Support sales activities and follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain customer records and update order details.
- Coordinate with the operations team to resolve customer issues.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with the team.
- Support other sales and customer service activities as required.





Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
- Positive Malayalam and English communication skills.
- Willingness to learn sales and customer service.
- Freshers and students looking for internship experience can apply.
