About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Consultant to help grow the business for Harrington Carpet Tiles. The person will be responsible for finding new customers, managing existing clients, generating project leads, and converting leads into sales.

The role will involve regular interaction with contractors, corporate clients, facility managers, and project owners.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities.
- Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and other sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable carpet tile solutions.
- Follow up with leads and manage the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and execution.
- Negotiate with customers and close sales.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of leads, customers, and sales activities in CRM.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
