Role Description The Sales Consultant is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for guiding customers through the selection and customization of premium furniture and home products. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with walk-in and referred clients, understanding their project requirements, presenting suitable design and product options, and preparing quotations and proposals. The role involves coordinating closely with designers and production teams to ensure customized orders meet client expectations and timelines.

The Sales

Consultant will maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers,



and direct customers, follow up on leads, and help achieve sales targets while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position also includes maintaining showroom displays, updating product knowledge, and providing accurate information about materials, finishes, pricing, and delivery schedules.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Sales Consulting and Consulting skills to understand client needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and ensure positive client experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, and confident presentation abilities.
- Prior experience in furniture, interiors, or lifestyle product sales is highly beneficial.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, and end customers.
- Comfort working in an on-site showroom or studio environment in Bengaluru, including weekends or peak hours as required.
- Basic proficiency in using CRM tools or sales tracking systems and familiarity with order documentation.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any discipline; education in design, business, or marketing is an advantage.
