Key Responsibilities:

· Order Management: Process daily procurement requests and orders for nephrology medical goods.

· End-to-End Workflow: Oversee the complete order-to-delivery lifecycle for high-value nephrology equipment and consumables.

· Primary Contact: Act as the primary point of contact for corporate hospitals, nephrologists, and medical vendors.

· Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with hospitals and dealers purchase departments across Chennai.

· Sales Team Support: Provide real-time inventory updates and share product pricing quotations with our field sales executives.

· Logistics & Dispatch: Track shipments and coordinate with delivery teams to ensure timely supply of critical medical goods.

· Inventory Control:



Monitor warehouse stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to prevent any supply shortages.

· Payment & Invoice Management: Track outstanding invoices and execute skilled payment follow-ups with healthcare institutions.

· Backend Documentation: Maintain daily sales records, generate invoices, and manage client data using MS Excel.

· MIS Reporting: Generate weekly/monthly sales performance reports and analyze regional hospital purchasing trends.
