Job Title: Sales Consultant – B2C (Bengaluru)

Salary Range: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹5.2 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

About the Role

We are hiring driven B2C Sales Consultants to join our Bengaluru team. This is a front‑line sales role where you will engage directly with retail investors, explain pre‑IPO and unlisted share investing, and help them confidently start their investment journey. Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound leads from digital, referral, and marketing channels.
- Conduct outbound outreach to warm and cold leads, reactivating dormant contacts.
- Explain unlisted shares, pre‑IPO investing, pricing, transfer processes, and risks clearly to retail clients.
- Understand investor profiles, risk appetite, and goals before making recommendations.
- Convert qualified leads into active investors and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records of calls, follow‑ups, and deal status.
- Consistently meet monthly revenue and conversion targets.




- Build lasting client relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of B2C sales experience (BFSI, fintech, mutual funds, insurance, stock broking preferred).
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language (Kannada or Hindi preferred).
- Basic understanding of financial products and willingness to learn quickly.
- High energy, self‑starter attitude, and hunger to earn through performance.
- Comfort with CRM tools and digital communication platforms (WhatsApp Business, email).
- Ability to handle rejection professionally in a high‑volume calling environment.

Compensation & Advantages

- Fixed CTC: ₹2.5 – ₹3.5 Lakhs per annum
- Incentives: Bonus up to 3–6 months of monthly salary, based on performance
- Review Cycle: Performance review at 6 months with potential salary revision
