Job Title: Business Operations Executive (Mumbai)

Salary Range: ₹2.2 LPA – ₹3.8 LPA (Fixed + Incentives)

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Operations Executive to manage back‑office and operational workflows for our Mumbai office. This is a critical role at the intersection of sales, finance, compliance and client servicing. You will ensure every trade, document and client interaction is handled with accuracy and speed, keeping operations smooth and error‑free.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end‑to‑end trade operations for unlisted share transactions.
- Handle client onboarding documentation and KYC verification.
- Act as the operational point of contact between sales, clients and back‑office.
- Maintain daily MIS reports, transaction logs and dashboards.
- Coordinate with finance on invoicing, payment confirmation and reconciliation.
- Track pending and completed transactions in CRM, flagging delays or discrepancies.
- Support the sales team with operational data and process assistance.




- Suggest improvements to workflows based on recurring issues.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in operations, back‑office or trade support (fintech, stock broking, wealth management, NBFC preferred).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting.
- High attention to detail with zero tolerance for documentation errors.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Process‑oriented mindset with ability to multitask accurately.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and financial transaction workflows is an advantage.

Compensation & Perks

- Fixed CTC: ₹2.2 – ₹3.8 Lakhs per annum
- Incentives: Bonus up to 1–3 months of monthly salary, based on performance
- Review Cycle: Performance review at 6 months with potential salary revision
