Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Business Development role based at UFO Verse in Indore. The person in this role will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build relationships with creators, brands, agencies, and other potential clients. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client needs, presenting studio services and packages, and nurturing prospects through the sales pipeline.

The role also involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools,



collaborating with the creative and operations teams to tailor solutions, and providing consistent follow-up and customer support to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage prospects, explain offerings clearly, and ensure a positive client experience.
- Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify potential clients, assess market trends, and target relevant segments.
- Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, track performance metrics, and refine outreach strategies.
- Experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in media, creative, or production environments.
- Ability to work in office in Indore, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with basic CRM or sales tools and comfort with digital communication platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
