We are looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive sales in the furniture and interior solutions industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through architects, interior designers, contractors, builders, hotels, restaurants, and corporate clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and project decision-makers.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and understand customer and project requirements.
Present furniture products, catalogues, customized solutions, and quotations to clients.
Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects to convert leads into orders.
Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.
Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain accurate customer records and sales pipeline updates.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in furniture, interiors, building materials, hospitality, or related industries.
Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Good knowledge of B2B sales and project-based selling.
Experience in dealing with architects, interior designers, contractors, or corporate clients will be preferred.
Existing architect or interior designer network will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
