About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive (Male/Female) with 1–2 years of sales experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to convert leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, messages, and meetings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Handle leads from initial enquiry through to conversion.
- Conduct customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations when required.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Negotiate with customers and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the management.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Requirements
- 1–2 years of proven experience in sales/business development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.
- Real-estate sales experience will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings/site visits when required.
