Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Executive responsible for B2B email outreach and follow-up with companies in the USA.

The primary objective of this role is to identify potential US companies, initiate contact through professional emails, conduct systematic follow-ups, generate enquiries, schedule meetings, and support the conversion of prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential companies and business prospects in the USA.
- Build and maintain a database of prospective companies and decision-makers.
- Send qualified and personalized business/sales emails.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with companies through email and phone when required.
- Track responses and maintain a structured follow-up schedule.
- Respond to enquiries and provide relevant company/product information.
- Share quotations, presentations, product information, and other sales materials.
- Schedule meetings or calls with interested prospects.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the internal sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of emails sent,



responses, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales outreach and follow-up reports.
- Work toward defined lead-generation and conversion targets.

Candidate Requirements
- Excellent English communication and professional email-writing skills.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable communicating with US-based companies and business professionals.
- Good research and lead-generation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and email tools.
- Strong organization and time-management skills.
- Ability to consistently follow up with prospects.
- Sales, telemarketing, B2B sales, lead generation, or business development experience is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered.
