Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in New Delhi. The specialist will identify and qualify prospective clients, present suitable financial products and services, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve revenue and growth targets. Daily responsibilities include developing and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, creating client outreach materials,



and supporting brand visibility across online and offline channels.

The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, resolving client queries, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure high service standards. The specialist will also participate in training sessions, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to refine sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive business growth, manage pipelines, and meet performance targets.
