Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern will support day-to-day activities that grow brand awareness and drive customer engagement for Maeve Essentials. This internship role is hybrid, with primary responsibilities based in Pune and some tasks that can be completed from home. Daily work may include assisting with marketing campaigns, managing social media posts, helping with online and in-store promotions, and supporting customer interactions and inquiries.

The intern will help track sales performance, prepare basic reports,



and collaborate with the team on product positioning and storytelling. The role also involves learning about brand merchandising, supporting training materials for sales partners, and contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess solid Communication and Customer Service skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with the internal team.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support promotions, track performance, and assist with sales activities.
- Candidates should possess an interest or experience in Training to help create or deliver basic product and brand guidance to partners or team members.
- Candidates should possess basic marketing awareness, including social media familiarity and an understanding of brand storytelling.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Pune, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Interest in self-care, lifestyle products, or beauty and wellness brands is a plus.
