Role Description

As a Sales and Marketing Intern at Smart Clicks, you will support day-to-day sales outreach and marketing activities in a remote internship role.

Responsibilities include assisting with lead generation, following up with prospects, and maintaining records of client interactions. You will help respond to customer inquiries, support service explanations, and contribute to building long-term client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the team on marketing campaigns, learning about digital content services, and participating in basic training sessions to understand sales processes, tools, and strategies.

Qualifications

- Solid Communication skills, including clear spoken and written interaction with clients and team members.




- Customer Service abilities to handle inquiries, provide information, and support a positive client experience.
- Interest in Sales activities such as lead generation, follow-ups, and basic negotiation.
- Willingness to learn Training and Sales Management concepts to understand structured sales processes.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or creative content services is an advantage.

- Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
