About the Role

We are looking for a business-minded, technology-aware growth professional to help take Kalbii One from early market entry to large-scale customer adoption.

This is not a traditional sales role. You will own the journey from:

Market Research → Lead Generation → Customer Discovery → Demo → Negotiation → Deal Closure → Growth

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify B2B leads across MSMEs, startups and growing businesses.
- Understand real business problems and map them to Kalbii One solutions.
- Conduct product demos and convert prospects into customers.
- Build new sales and customer acquisition channels.
- Develop GTM and growth experiments.
- Use AI and up-to-date tools to improve sales & marketing productivity.
- Research competitors, markets and emerging SaaS trends.
- Build and improve the sales funnel and processes.
- Work closely with Product,



Marketing and Customer Success teams.
- Take ownership of revenue and customer acquisition outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS / Technology Sales / Business Development / Growth / Digital Marketing.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of SaaS and technology products.
- Ability to understand problems and create practical solutions.
- Data-driven and experimental mindset.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment.
- Strong ownership and willingness to build processes from scratch.
