Role Description This is a internship remote role for a Sales and Marketing Intern at Ay Sa Aura Clothing. The intern will support online and social media marketing campaigns, assist in promoting new collections, and engage with potential customers across digital platforms. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, guiding shoppers through product options, and contributing to sales activities such as lead follow-up and conversion support.

The role also involves collecting customer feedback, preparing basic sales and marketing reports,



and coordinating with the team on promotions, collaborations, and branding initiatives. The intern will be encouraged to learn about fashion retail, saree textiles, and digital brand-building while contributing to a growing, mission-driven brand.

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear, professional interaction across chat, email, and social media.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support lead generation, product recommendations, and conversion of online prospects.
