Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from clients to book holiday packages, hotel stays, and travel arrangements.
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues promptly and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using computer systems for seamless booking experiences.
- Meet daily targets set by management while maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Job Requirements :
- 1-7 years of experience in B2C sales or related fields (e.g., international BPO).
- Solid understanding of inbound/outbound sales processes for UK/US markets.
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
