JOB DESCRPTION :

SailPoint ISC Developer

We are seeking an experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 6+ years’ experience in identity and access management, including strong hands-on delivery across SailPoint automation use cases. The role will focus on designing, developing and supporting identity automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in SailPoint ISC, a robust understanding of IAM processes, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure and efficient automated solutions.

Key responsibilities

- Design, develop and support SailPoint ISC solutions
- Develop identity lifecycle automation and event-driven workflows within SailPoint ISC
- Integrate SailPoint ISC with target systems, directories, HR platforms and enterprise applications
- Develop and support connectors, rules, transforms and workflows as required
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis and implement sustainable fixes
- Work closely with security,



application, infrastructure and business teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Support testing, deployment, documentation and transition to operations
- Provide technical guidance on SailPoint best practice, security controls and optimisation opportunities

Required experience and skills

- 6+ years of experience in IAM, with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint development
- Proven experience working with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Strong experience in automating IAM processes
- Experience with SailPoint workflows, transforms, identity profiles, sources, policies and access models
- Strong understanding of identity governance, access control and compliance principles
- Ability to work with stakeholders to define requirements and deliver practical solutions
- Exposure to DevOps tools
