Industry: Aluminium Gravity Die Casting

Work Location: Inside Factory – Best Cast IT Ltd

Qualification

- BE / Diploma in any relevant engineering discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales & Marketing / Manufacturing Industry

Language Skills
- Tamil – Mandatory
- English – Mandatory
- Hindi – Preferred / Required for customer coordination

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with customers regarding orders, requirements, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the Production Department regarding customer requirements and production status.
- Collect and maintain daily production details from the Production Department.
- Collect and maintain daily dispatch details and update the concerned team/customer.
- Follow up on customer requirements and ensure timely communication with the factory team.
- Maintain proper records of customer orders, production status, and dispatch details.




- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.
- Prepare and share daily sales, production, and dispatch updates as required.

Job Nature
- This is a fully factory-based position.
- No field work / outdoor sales work.
- The employee will coordinate with customers and internal departments from inside the factory.

Preferred Skills
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Ability to maintain daily production and dispatch reports.
- Experience in a manufacturing / automobile / aluminium die-casting industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
