Position : Safety Supervisor

Department :- Safety / HSE

Industry : Construction

Location : Delhi NCR

Reporting To: Safety Manager/ Project

Key REsponsibilities :-

. Ensure Compliance with company safety Policies and construction site safety Procedures.

. Conduct Daily site inspections to identify unsafe conditions and practices.

. Ensure workers use appropriate PPE Such as helmate, safety shoes, gloves, safety harnesses, and reflective jackets.

. Conduct daily toolbox talks and safety awarness sessions.

. Monitor Work at Height, scaffolding, excavation, Lifting, electrical, and other high -risk activities.

. Ensure Proper Barricading, signage , and housekeeping at the construction site.

. Check Safety equipment, fire extinguishers, and emergency arrangements regularly.

. Report and investigate accidents, incidents, and near-miss cases.

Maintain Daily safety, inspection reports, and other HSE Documentation.

. Stop Unsafe work when there is an immediate safety risk and inform senior management.

. Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and workers to improve safety standards.

. Ensure compliance with applicable statutory safety requirements.

Required Skills

. Strong knowledge of construction site safety practices.

. Knowledge of PPE and Secure work Procedures.

. Good Observation and Problem- solving skills.

. Basic Computer and documentataion skills.

Pay: ₹25,839.66 - ₹30,382.77 per month
