Qualification & Experience:* - Qualification: ADIS ,Bachelors degree or Diploma in Environmental Engineering, or Safety Engineering - Experience: 5 - 10 Years of relevant experience in Fabrication Manufacturing Industry - Safety)

Responsible for ensuring a protected, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace while supporting the organization’s GHG emissions management, ESG reporting, Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), sustainability initiatives, and continuous improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Occupational Health & Safety
- Conduct workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, hazard identification.
- Monitor compliance with applicable health and safety legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate accidents, near misses, unsafe acts/conditions, and develop corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct safety induction, toolbox talks, emergency preparedness and periodic safety training.
- Monitor PPE compliance, work permits, LOTO, confined space, work-at-height, hot work and other critical safety controls.

2 . Environmental Management

- Monitor environmental aspects and impacts associated with plant operations.
- Support compliance related to air emissions, water, wastewater, waste, hazardous waste, chemicals and resource consumption.




- Coordinate environmental monitoring and maintain statutory records and reports.

• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems.

- GHG / Carbon Management

- Support preparation of organizational GHG inventories and carbon-footprint calculations.
- Identify and support projects for GHG emission reduction, energy efficiency and decarbonization.

• Assist with internal/external verification of GHG data and sustainability disclosures.

- ESG & Sustainability

- Support implementation of the organization's ESG and sustainability roadmap.
- Collect and validate environmental, social and governance performance data.

• Support customer ESG questionnaires, sustainability assessments and audits.

- Life Cycle Assessment (LCA)

- Support product/process Life Cycle Assessment studies from raw material extraction through manufacturing, use and end-of-life, as applicable.

• Collect and validate life-cycle inventory data for raw materials, energy, transportation, production, packaging and waste.

- Audits & Compliance

- Participate in internal, customer, regulatory and certification audits.
- Track audit observations, non-conformities and corrective actions to closure.

• Ensure appropriate documentation and evidence are available for EHS, ESG, GHG and sustainability assessments.
