- There is a heavy emphasis on production costing.
- Manufacturing is primarily Make-to-Stock, not Make-to-Order.
- Phase 3.2 will bring Project Systems into scope.
- Phase 3.2 design is complete, and the project recently entered the build phase.
- Accenture is the primary SI.
- Deloitte supports Central Finance.

Consultant's Role The consultant will not have configuration access. They need to be able to:

- Understand business requirements
- Evaluate and propose solutions
- Understand how the S/4HANA solution should support the business process

- Work closely with the SI, who will perform the configuration
