Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise daily production on the RTE (Ready-to-Eat) line.
- Ensure production targets, product quality, and timely completion of batches.
- Monitor cooking, processing, filling, packing, and line operations.
- Supervise manpower and ensure proper utilization of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSAI, hygiene, and SOPs.
- Monitor wastage, downtime, yield, and overall line efficiency.
- Maintain batch records, production reports, and shift documentation.

Requirements:

- Diploma / B.Tech in Food Technology / Food Science / related field.
- 4–8 years of experience in RTE, FMCG, food processing, or packaged food manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, production processes, and manpower handling.
- Valuable leadership and problem-solving skills.
