Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled RPA Developer with experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions using leading RPA platforms such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable robotic process automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
- Create reusable automation components and frameworks.
- Develop attended and unattended bots.
- Integrate RPA solutions with web applications, APIs, databases, ERP, and CRM systems.
- Perform bot monitoring, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization.




- Prepare technical documentation including PDD, SDD, UAT, and deployment documents.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with RPA governance, security, and coding standards.

Required Skills

Must Have

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
- Experience with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, or Microsoft Power Automate.
- Robust knowledge of workflows, task automation, exception handling, and bot scheduling.
- Experience with Excel automation, web automation, and desktop automation.
- Knowledge of SQL databases and API integrations.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
