Role & Responsibilities:
Food Pickup & Transport: Coordinate with our nearby attached restaurant, pick up prepared food orders carefully, and transport them securely to the resort.
Room Service Delivery:
Re-check order items, setup service trays with cutlery/condiments, and serve breakfast, lunch, snacks, and dinner directly to guest rooms.
Banquet & Event Service:
Proactively manage food service, table arrangements, and buffet counters during resort parties, banquets, and group events.
Independent Ownership:
Take full ownership of service operations, handle guest dining needs responsibly, and explicit used plates/trays promptly without constant monitoring.Role & responsibilities
