RPA Developer – Automation Anywhere + Python

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Automation Anywhere A360 and Python to design, develop, deploy, and support automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere A360.
- Develop Python scripts to support automation and integrate different systems.
- Handle end-to-end bot development, deployment, monitoring, and production support.
- Integrate RPA solutions with applications using REST APIs and web services.
- Work with databases and perform data manipulation using SQL queries.
- Implement proper exception handling, logging, and error management.
- Monitor bot performance and troubleshoot automation issues.
- Follow version control and release management processes.




- Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
- Prepare technical documentation and maintain automation standards.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere A360 development.
- Strong proficiency in Python scripting.
- Experience in end-to-end RPA bot development, deployment, and support.
- Good knowledge of REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Experience working with databases and writing SQL queries.
- Understanding of exception handling, logging, and bot monitoring practices.
- Familiarity with version control and release management processes.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

- Experience with AI/ML or intelligent automation.
- Knowledge of Document Automation or IQ Bot.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
