About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Robotics Teacher / STEM Educator to join our team in Salem.

The role is ideal for Engineering and Science graduates who have a strong interest in Robotics, Electronics, IoT, AI, Embedded Systems, and teaching/mentoring students.

The candidate will work closely with school and college students, conduct practical learning sessions, mentor student teams, organize technical events and workshops, and guide students in developing cutting-edge projects and products.

Leadership ability is the most important quality we are looking for.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct Robotics, Electronics, IoT, AI and STEM-based practical sessions for students.
- Work with students from Class 1 to Class 12 and college students from UG to PG, including students from Arts and other disciplines.
- Explain technical concepts in a simple, engaging and practical manner.
- Mentor student teams in designing and developing working models, prototypes and products.
- Guide students through project development, troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Organize and manage workshops, competitions, exhibitions, hackathons and technical events.
- Take responsibility for student teams and ensure effective completion of assigned projects.
- Coordinate with school/college faculty and management when required.
- Maintain discipline, engagement and a positive learning environment.
- Work collaboratively with the management team on educational and technical projects.
- Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies in Robotics, AI, IoT and Embedded Systems.

Required Technical Skills Candidates should have a good foundation or working knowledge in the following areas:

1. Electronics – Strong understanding is required
2. IoT – Working knowledge
3. Robotics – Working knowledge, with good mathematical understanding
4. Artificial Intelligence – Basic understanding
5.



Embedded Systems / Embedded Programming – Hands-on experience will be an advantage
6. Microcontrollers such as Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi or similar platforms will be an advantage.
7. Basic knowledge of sensors, actuators, motors and electronic components will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification We are primarily looking for candidates from an Engineering or Science background.

Preferred Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech – ECE, EEE, E&I;, Mechatronics, Robotics, CSE, AI/ML or related disciplines
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. – Physics, Electronics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related disciplines
- Other Engineering / Science graduates with strong technical interest and a passion for teaching may also apply.

Freshers are welcome to apply if they have strong technical fundamentals, communication skills and a genuine interest in teaching and mentoring students. Candidates with hands-on experience in Arduino, ESP32, Raspberry Pi, robotics projects, IoT projects, embedded programming, electronics or STEM education will have an added advantage.

1. Leadership – Most Important The candidate should be capable of taking ownership of student teams, managing activities, coordinating events and taking responsibility for successful project execution.

2. Communication Skills

Fluency in English is very important.

The candidate should be able to explain technical concepts clearly and confidently to students of different age groups and educational backgrounds.

3. Passion for Teaching

You don't necessarily need to be an experienced teacher.

We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys explaining, mentoring, demonstrating and helping students learn by doing.

People & Event Management The candidate should be comfortable managing students, coordinating activities, organizing events and working with school/college staff.

5. Adaptability

Since the candidate may work with students ranging from Class 1 to PG level, the ability to adapt teaching methods according to the age and skill level of students is essential.

Nature of Work

- Full-time: Monday to Saturday
- Approximately 95% of the work will be conducted at schools/colleges and their laboratories
- Approximately 5% may involve working with the management team on internal projects
- The work location will not be fixed throughout the week
- You may be assigned to a different school or college on different days
- The role involves extensive interaction with students and hands-on project development
- Candidates should be comfortable travelling between different institutions

Travel

- Pick-up and drop facilities may be provided through the respective school/college bus, depending on the institution and assignment.
- Candidates should also be comfortable travelling independently whenever required.
- Willingness to travel locally between schools and colleges is essential.
