Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Robotics Trainer to conduct training sessions, workshops, and demos for students and educators. The ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys teaching, can simplify technical concepts for young learners, and is excited about robotics and STEM education.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct robotics and coding training sessions for school students and educators
- Deliver product demos and workshops at partner schools
- Assemble, troubleshoot, and explain robotics kits/projects to students
- Ensure smooth execution of training sessions with proper preparation and coordination




- Collect and share feedback from sessions to help improve training content and delivery
- Coordinate with the sales/BD team for scheduling and on-ground execution of demos and trainings
- Stay updated with STEMpedia's products, tools, and teaching methodologies

Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech degree (any relevant engineering stream)
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Passion for teaching and working with school-age students
- Basic understanding of robotics, electronics, or coding concepts (training will be provided)
- Willingness to travel locally and to other regions/cities for school visits and demos
- Punctual, organized, and comfortable working independently as well as in a team

Good to Have
- Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring (in any capacity)
- Familiarity with tools like Arduino, Raspberry Pi, PictoBlox, or similar platforms
- Interest in STEM/EdTech industry
