Instructor – Coding, Robotics & AI (K-12) | Rancho Labs (IIT Delhi incubated)

About Us

Rancho Labs is a K-12 EdTech makerspace incubated by IIT Delhi's Technology Innovation Hub (IHFC), founded by IIT Delhi alumni and professors. We turn school students into creators of technology through project-based learning in Coding, Robotics, and AI.

The Role

We are hiring Instructors who can teach, mentor, and build alongside students. This is not a syllabus-completion job. You will run engaging classes, guide real projects, and shape how young learners experience technology.

What You'll Do

- Deliver online and offline classes for students across Grades 3–12
- Teach Python, C++, Robotics, AI/ML and allied domains (based on your program)
- Run hands-on projects, coding challenges, and practical builds
- Mentor students on competitions, innovation projects, and doubts
- Track learning outcomes, project progress, and student performance
- Collaborate with Curriculum, R&D;, and Ops to sharpen content and delivery




- Stay ahead of emerging tech and contribute to recent learning modules

What We're Looking For

- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or related field
- Strong fundamentals in Python and/or C++
- Exposure to Robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, AI/ML, IoT, or electronics preferred
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience with K-12 students is a plus
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills
- Ability to break down complex tech into simple, relatable ideas
- Genuine passion for technology and education
