Role Description The Robotics and STEM Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad. The trainer will conduct engaging, hands-on sessions in robotics and STEM for school and college learners, guiding them through the use of robotics kits, coding platforms, and lab equipment. Daily responsibilities include planning lessons, preparing training materials, delivering workshops, supervising lab activities, and supporting learners in project-based work.

The role involves setting up and maintaining robotics labs, troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues, and ensuring equipment is used safely and effectively. The trainer will also collaborate with academic coordinators to align content with curriculum requirements, provide feedback on learner progress,



and contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess practical skills in Robotics and working with Robot systems in educational or industrial environments.
- Candidates should possess experience in Robotic Welding and related automated manufacturing or assembly processes.
- Candidates should possess strong Troubleshooting skills for identifying and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues in robotic setups.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Preventive Maintenance for robotics labs and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Experience teaching or training in STEM fields (robotics, electronics, coding) with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Education, or a related technical discipline is preferred.
- Comfort with basic programming or coding (e.g., block-based coding, Python, C/C++) and microcontroller platforms (such as Arduino or similar) is beneficial.
- Solid communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills, with a learner-centered approach and commitment to inclusive teaching.
- Ability to work on-site in Faridabad, manage multiple training schedules, and collaborate with school staff and internal teams.
