- Set up and Operation: Set up and operate robotic welding machines (e.g., FANUC, ABB, KUKA) and associated jigs/fixtures according to specifications and production schedules.
- Programming: Load existing programs and make minor adjustments to welding parameters (e.g., path, speed, voltage, wire feed) as needed to optimize performance and precision.
- Basic to robust understanding of welding processes and techniques,particularly MIG/GMAW welding.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A technical certification or trade course in welding, robotics, or automation is a strong plus.
