RMA / Store Coordinator

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai

Experience: 13 Years

Salary: 15,000–30,000 per month

Role & Responsibilities

Manage the complete RMA (Return Material Authorization) process from request to closure.

Coordinate with customers, service engineers and internal teams.

Maintain service reports, invoices and records in Tally.

Track material movement, repair status and warranty details.

Prepare quotations, service entries and service documentation.

Maintain inventory and service-related records.

Follow up on pending customer approvals and service completion.

Generate reports and ensure accurate data management.





Support billing and administrative activities related to service operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate / Diploma in any stream.

1–3 years of experience in RMA, Service Coordination, Customer Support or Admin Operations.

Tally knowledge is mandatory.

Positive knowledge of MS Excel and email communication.

Strong communication, coordination and documentation skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Candidates with experience in CCTV, Security Systems, Electronics or Technical Service industry preferred.
