Demand

We are seeking an experienced ASBG Solution Architect Lead for India to support the EMEA market. The successful candidate will lead solution advisory activities, shape strategic pursuits, strengthen the ASBG Solution Architect community in India, and collaborate with market, capability, sales, and delivery stakeholders.

This Senior Manager role requires strong solution architecture, client advisory, business development, team leadership, and cross-geography stakeholder management capabilities.

The Work

Serve as the ASBG Solution Architect lead for India and support relevant opportunities across the EMEA market.

Partner with Sales, Client Account Teams, Industry Leads, and Capability Leads to shape differentiated R&D; and Engineering solutions.

Lead solutioning for strategic pursuits, proposals, RFPs, and transformation programs.

Guide solution development, estimation, staffing, delivery models, governance, and transition planning.

Participate in executive client discussions, discovery sessions, workshops, and solution reviews.

Collaborate with global and regional solution architects to apply reusable assets, accelerators, and leading practices.

Build, mentor, and grow the ASBG Solution Architect community in India.

Drive capability development,



knowledge sharing, succession planning, and continuous learning.

Support pipeline creation, prospect qualification, pursuit governance, and conversion activities.

Monitor solution quality, compliance, and relevant business metrics, and support leadership reviews and reporting.

Travel / Shift / Work Timing Requirement:

Willingness to travel based on client and business requirements.

Flexibility to collaborate with EMEA and global teams across multiple time zones.

Ability to provide working hours overlap required for client, pursuit, and stakeholder engagement.

Here's What You Need

Minimum of 12 years of experience in solution architecture, engineering transformation, R&D;, manufacturing, digital engineering, or technology consulting.

Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in solutioning, consulting, business development, delivery, or capability management.

Experience shaping complex solutions and supporting strategic pursuits, proposals, and client presentations.

Experience working with senior client stakeholders and geographically distributed teams.

Strong understanding of engineering and R&D; transformation, solution design, estimation, commercial considerations, governance, and delivery transition.

Excellent executive communication, presentation, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Bonus Points If

Master's degree in engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Experience working across international markets, particularly EMEA.

Knowledge of Industry X, Digital Engineering, PLM, Smart Manufacturing, Product Development, or Engineering Services.

Experience in pre-sales, opportunity origination, pursuit leadership, or practice development.

Relevant industry, platform, architecture, or leadership certifications.
