? About the Role

We’re looking for a confident and result-oriented Retail Team Lead who can lead the store team, drive sales, and deliver an excellent customer experience.

? What You’ll Do

- Lead, guide and motivate the retail sales team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Drive high customer conversion and sales performance .
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve sales.
- Handle customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience .
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales reports .
- Track key sales metrics, targets and team performance.
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Train and coach team members on sales,



product knowledge and customer handling .
- Coordinate with management regarding sales, inventory and store requirements .

Must-Have Skills
- 5+ years of overall experience in retail.
- Minimum 2 years of experience specifically as a Team Lead / Supervisor .
- Retail experience is mandatory.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills .
- Proven ability to achieve high customer conversion and sales rates .
- Strong leadership and team-management skills .
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel .
- Ability to prepare and understand sales reports .
- Target-oriented with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.

Added Advantage Experience in Kids, Toys, Kids Lifestyle, Baby Products or similar retail categories will be a strong plus.
