Role Description The Retail Store Manager at Blue Tyga will oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and ensuring the sales floor is organized and well-presented. This full-time, on-site role in Chennai includes leading and coaching the store team, monitoring sales performance, and maintaining high standards of customer service and satisfaction. The manager will handle inventory management, coordinate merchandising displays, and implement retail loss prevention measures.

Responsibilities also include resolving customer concerns, tracking key performance metrics,



and collaborating with leadership to execute promotional activities and store initiatives.

Qualifications

- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive in-store experience.
- Effective Communication skills for guiding team members and interacting with customers and management.
- Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, inventory control, and sales monitoring.
- Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to safeguard merchandise and reduce shrinkage.
- Previous experience in retail management or supervisory roles, preferably in fashion or lifestyle brands.
- Ability to work in office in Chennai, including weekends and peak retail hours as required.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and retail reporting tools; familiarity with MS Office or similar software.
- Minimum of a high school diploma; a degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field is an advantage.
