ZIMSON is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executives to join our retail team. The role involves delivering an excellent customer experience, understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and engage customers professionally and understand their requirements.

- Recommend watches and related products based on customer preferences and budget.

- Achieve individual and store-level sales targets.

- Maintain strong product knowledge across brands, collections and offers.

- Demonstrate products effectively and communicate key features and benefits.

- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.

- Ensure proper product display, visual merchandising and store standards.

- Maintain accurate billing, stock handling and other store processes.

- Support promotional activities and brand initiatives.

- Handle customer queries and provide effective after-sales support.

- Maintain discipline, grooming and professional standards on the sales floor.





- Work closely with the Store Manager and team to achieve overall store objectives.

Candidate Profile

- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales preferred.

- Experience in watches, jewellery, fashion, premium retail or lifestyle retail will be an advantage.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.

- Strong interest in sales and achieving targets.

- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend products confidently.

- Good grooming and professional appearance.

- Ability to work in a team and in a target-driven environment.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in retail sales may also be considered.
