About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused professional to join our Retail Foreign Exchange Business. The role involves generating sales, acquiring new customers, managing client relationships, and promoting foreign exchange products while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates from Foreign Exchange, Money Changing, Financial Services, Banking, NBFC, Remittance, Travel Forex, and Customer-Facing Sales environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire new customers and generate business for retail foreign exchange products.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Drive sales while ensuring profitability and margin management.




- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the local market.
- Build and maintain solid customer relationships for repeat business.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
- Manage customer onboarding and end-to-end transaction processing.
- Ensure accuracy in cash handling, forex transactions, reporting, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with operations and service teams for seamless customer support.
- Analyze customer trends and provide feedback to improve business performance.
- Ensure adherence to RBI, FEMA, AML, KYC, and other regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain high standards of compliance and operational excellence.
