About the RoleWe are looking for a Retail Sales Executive to join our premium two-wheeler store in Pune.

We’re looking for someone who loves bikes, understands customers, and knows how to sell.

You will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their preferences, showcasing premium motorcycles, and converting enquiries into sales.

What You’ll Do

- Welcome and engage with customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer preferences, requirements, and budget.
- Showcase and explain premium motorcycles, features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct engaging product presentations and test-ride experiences.
- Recommend the right motorcycle based on customer needs.
- Follow up with enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Negotiate and close deals while delivering a premium customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.




- Maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the buying journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and vehicle delivery.

What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in two-wheeler or automobile sales.
- Strong knowledge and genuine interest in bikes and motorcycles.
- Experience selling premium / high-value products is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer-handling skills.
- Strong sales pitch, negotiation, and closing abilities.
- Confident, presentable, and customer-focused.
- Target-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
