Role Overview

We are looking for a Retail Sales Executive with 1+ years of experience in automobile sales, especially premium motorcycle sales.

You will interact with customers, understand their requirements, negotiate deals, manage leads, and drive successful conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with customers and understand their two-wheeler selling requirements.
- Explain Speedioos process, pricing, and services.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful transactions.
- Negotiate with customers while maintaining business margins.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure a smooth experience.
- Coordinate with inspection and operations teams.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




- Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM.
- Generate leads through referrals and other channels.

What Were Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in automobile sales.
- Strong experience in premium motorcycle sales.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Robust negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-driven with a focus on sales and conversions.
- Good knowledge of two-wheelers and the automobile market.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
