Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Retail Specialist role based in Bangalore Urban. The Retail Specialist will handle customer inquiries, manage basic service issues, and work with the team to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance. The role includes taking full P&L; responsibility for the multiple retail brands we operate!

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Retail Sales and Customer Satisfaction to drive revenue and ensure positive shopping experiences.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory handling, and point-of-sale systems is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Bangalore Urban, including weekends or shifts as needed.
- Robust attention to detail, reliability, and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Previous experience in retail brand management, and P&L; responsibility!
