Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic, trend-conscious Sales Consultant to represent 9FIGR on the retail floor. In this role, you will be the direct face of the brand, introducing customers to our collections, styling outfits, and delivering a frictionless, premium shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Deliver high-energy, authentic customer service by greeting shoppers, understanding their preferences, and introducing the brand narrative.

Styling & Consultation: Provide sharp styling advice across our apparel lines and accessory collections to drive cross-selling and increase average order value.

Floor & Stock Operations:



Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards, track daily floor inventory, organize fitting rooms, and assist with stock replenishment.

Sales Targets: Actively work toward individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge.

Customer Feedback & Insights: Act as the direct bridge between consumers and the core team by reporting product feedback, sizing trends, and style requests.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Communication: Exceptional verbal English communication skills with a clear, engaging interpersonal style.

Fashion Acumen: Genuine interest in modern apparel, streetwear silhouettes, fabrics, and accessories styling.

Startup Mindset: High adaptability, self-drive, and comfort with hands-on responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Experience: 0–2 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, or high-touch hospitality (prior work in lifestyle or fashion retail is a strong plus).

Availability: Willingness to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
