About the Role

Blue Tyga is looking for energetic and customer-focused Retail Store Associates to join our new kiosk at Express Avenue, Chennai. We work with a flat hierarchy where every team member takes ownership of sales, customer experience, store operations, visual merchandising, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers and provide an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and visual merchandising standards.
- Manage stock replenishment and inventory.
- Handle billing and daily store operations.
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented.




- Work closely with the team to achieve business goals.

Requirements

- Fresher or up to 2 years of experience in retail or customer service.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Well-groomed and willing to learn all aspects of retail operations.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and weekends.
