Job Responsibilities

- Visit assigned retail outlets regularly.

- Ensure proper product placement and attractive display.

- Check product availability, stock levels, and expiry dates.

- Maintain good relationships with retailers and shop owners.

- Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.

- Ensure visibility and availability of company products in stores.

- Collect and report market/outlet information to the supervisor.

- Support sales and promotional activities in the assigned area.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in retail merchandising, FMCG, sales, or a related field.

- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.

- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned areas.

- Basic knowledge of retail/FMCG market operations.

- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000/month
