Role and Responsibilities

- Should be able to write simple SQL queries independently
- Ensure the RFIDs are functioning correctly, performing regular maintenance and updates.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to POS hardware and software.
- Ensure the smooth operation of store activities, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage inventory levels, ensuring products are stocked and available for customers.

Required Skills

- 5+ years experience in supporting day to day Store operations in Retail industry
- Should be hands on Incident and Service desk management and other support operations
- Excellent communication skills to interact with Store associates

Good experience writing simple SQL queries

- Positive experience on inventory management
- Good experience leading support teams
- Knowledge on network is additional advantage
- Knowledge on Java programming language is added advantage
- Exposure to on Store Technologies like RFID, POS, Store devices etc
