We are looking for an experienced and energetic skilled to take complete responsibility for our restaurant's Operations, Sales, Marketing & Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities • Manage day-to-day restaurant operations

- Lead and supervise the restaurant team
- Drive sales and achieve monthly targets
- Coordinate social media & promotional activities
- Develop local marketing and customer acquisition activities
- Manage customer experience, feedback & reviews

- Coordinate online delivery platforms
- Control wastage and support food-cost management
- Promote our signature Mandi & Seafood Platter concepts
- Generate group, family, corporate & event business
- Submit daily and weekly performance reports to management





Candidate Profile • Previous restaurant/hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Sales & marketing mindset

- Knowledge of restaurant operations
- Ability to take ownership and deliver results

Salary: ₹40,000–₹60,000, depending on experience Plus: Performance-based incentives

Location: Calicut, Kerala

We are looking for a result-oriented person who can run the restaurant like a business — not just manage the floor.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
