We’re Hiring | Retail Inventory & Replenishment In-charge / Executive

At MyDesignation, we’re looking for someone who can ensure the right product reaches the right store at the right time — while keeping stock, sales, and backend coordination running smoothly.

What You’ll Own

- Monitor daily sales and store-wise stock levels.
- Identify replenishment requirements for each store and ensure timely action.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and store teams for stock dispatch and in warding.
- Track new launches and ensure products reach stores on time.
- Monitor out-of-stock and low-stock situations and drive timely replenishment.
- Maintain accurate store-wise replenishment and stock trackers.
- Follow up on pending stock requirements until closure.
- Own Store–Backend coordination through MIS, sales reporting, operational follow-ups, and ad-hoc requirements.




- Act as the single point of contact between Store Teams and
- Backend/Support Functions for stock, MIS, and operational requirements.
- Take complete ownership and accountability for overall store stock availability.

Who We’re Looking For Someone who is:
- Highly organised and detail-oriented.
- Strong in MIS, Excel, reporting, and data tracking.
- Good at coordination, communication, and follow-ups.
- Proactive and comfortable taking ownership.
- Able to manage multiple requirements and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail setting.

Location: Mydesignation Office, Banglore Experience: 6 months to 5 year
